As a Physical Therapist at The Orchards at Three Rivers, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain independence. Our community is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents, and we are seeking a talented and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions, implementing a variety of techniques and modalities as needed

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication

• Monitor and record resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

• Educate residents and their families on proper techniques, exercises, and self-care strategies for optimal outcomes

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
