As a Physical Therapist at The Orchards at Three Rivers, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain independence. Our community is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents, and we are seeking a talented and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions, implementing a variety of techniques and modalities as needed
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
Monitor and record resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Educate residents and their families on proper techniques, exercises, and self-care strategies for optimal outcomes

Requirements:
Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
Minimum of 0 years of experience in physical therapy, with a strong desire to learn and grow
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
