LPN Night Shift Opportunity

Deliver compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing facility supporting short-term and long-term needs, including patients recovering from strokes, joint replacements, amputations, and neurological disorders. This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced LPNs seeking a dynamic night shift role within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Schedule & Hours:

• 8-hour night shifts, MondayFriday (11:00 PM7:00 AM)
• 40 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Expect to work 75% of holidays in rotation

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active LPN license and current BLS certification required
• Minimum 18 months' experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab settings
• Previous long-term care expertise including trach management, foley care, wound care, dressing changes, IV starts/management, and tube feedings
• Prior travel experience preferred (not required)
• Must live at least 50 miles from facility

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients with diverse rehabilitation needs
• Accurately document and administer treatments and medications using EPIC, Alaris IV pumps, and Omnicell systems
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, therapy, case management, and HCT for optimal patient outcomes
• Support admitting process, with 12 new admissions per day managed by administrative nursing staff
• Float to other skilled nursing facilities within the regional network as patient census requires (floating paid during travel between locations)
• Comply with dress code (ceil blue scrubs) and facility protocols
• Participate in comprehensive 2-day orientation upon starting
