Receiving Clerk

Responsible for processing inbound shipments and verifying product receipts using the ERP system.

Responsibilities:

Process incoming shipments and receipts using the ERP system
Verify received products against sales orders and documentation
Assist in disassembling products using power tools to check serial numbers, if needed
Collaborate with team members to manage daily receipts and related paperwork
Help ensure inventory accuracy by verifying item quantities and storage locations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Comfortable multitasking with minimal supervision
Fluent in English. Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role ranges between $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. The range considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are based on individual qualifications and circumstances.
