Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures under physician orders, including patient preparation and radiopharmaceutical administration.
• Acquire, process, and interpret nuclear medicine images; perform quality control and safety checks.
• Operate imaging equipment (Siemens Symbia T6) and ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols.
• Document procedures and results in the EMR; Cerner experience is preferred but not required.
• Monitor patient status during procedures; coordinate with nursing and radiology teams to ensure workflow efficiency and patient comfort.
• Maintain equipment, log maintenance and QC activities, and participate in ongoing quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at submission
• CNMT certification required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• RTO (time off) must be included at time of submission
• 2 recent specialty manager references
• Ability to work in a hospital-based, clinical setting
• EMR experience preferred; Cerner experience preferred but not required
