CNC MachinistHydromotion is a precision manufacturer committed to quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our Production Team. This is an hourly, full-time position offering excellent benefits and a predictable four-day workweek.What You'll DoSafely and efficiently operate CNC machining equipmentRead, interpret, and follow engineering prints and work instructionsSet up machines and perform changeovers for different part numbersChange tooling, touch off tools, and adjust offsets to maintain dimensional accuracyOperate machines productively to meet or exceed established cycle time and quality standardsLoad raw material and unload finished partsPerform manual deburring as requiredConduct in-process inspections and verify parts meet specifications using measuring devicesComplete daily machine upkeep and preventive maintenance tasksMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDMechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skillsProficiency using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gaugesStrong math skills related to machining operationsAbility to follow safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructionsAbility to set up and run multiple machines, or willingness to learn and growWork Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role is performed in a manufacturing environment.
