Lead and Grow with Us NOVO Health Services is hiring for both Production Supervisors and Production Leads to support our first-shift operations within our healthcare linen facilities. Whether you are an experienced supervisor or an emerging leader ready to take the next step, we have opportunities for you to make an impact. Position Overview Lead daily production operations and drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost Supervise and develop 20–60+ associates Own team performance, accountability, and operational execution Support supervisors in executing daily production goals Provide frontline leadership, guidance, and training to team members Act as a key resource on the floor to ensure workflow efficiency and quality Both roles are hands-on leadership positions ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, industrial environments and enjoy being actively engaged on the production floor. Key Responsibilities Lead and support daily production operations to meet performance goals Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture in compliance with OSHA and NOVO standards Coach, train, and develop team members to drive engagement and accountability Ensure production schedules are met while optimizing labor and workflow efficiency Monitor and maintain quality standards to meet customer expectations Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Plant Leadership to resolve operational issues Support onboarding, training, and performance management Track and communicate key production and safety metrics Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supervisor level) Production Supervisor: 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial environments Production Lead: Prior experience in a production or team lead role Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety protocols Experience leading or supporting hourly teams Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare or regulated manufacturing environments ERP/WMS system experience Why Join NOVO?
