Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Labor & Delivery nursing

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring patients in a fast-paced environment
Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs and respond to changes
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications and interventions per protocol and physician orders
Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
Support patients through labor and delivery, ensuring comfort and safety
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and certifications

What You Need
Required:

Valid Louisiana RN license or be eligible for licensure
4+ years of labor and delivery nursing experience
Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP
EPIC electronic health record experience

Preferred:

Charge nurse experience
Experience with patient ratios of 1:2
Ability to work night shifts consistently
