From our residents to our team members, everyone will welcome you with open arms and make you feel like you belong from the moment you walk through the door!About the Role: Licensed Practical NurseAs a LPN, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at The Village in Indianola.As a LPN, you will:Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families.Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and training as needed.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents.Offer emotional support and education to residents and their families, promoting overall well-being and understanding of care plans.Open Shifts Available:1st shift, Part-time, 12 hour shifts Rotating Weekends2nd shift, Full-time, 8 hour shifts Rotating WeekendsQualifications:Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve othersStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesState of Iowa LPN LicenseCommunity Location: 1203 N E St, Indianola, IA 50125What We OfferWe know a great career is about more than just a paycheck — it's about belonging, growth, and making a difference.
