Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression
- Coordinate schedules efficiently so the day flows smoothly
- Verify insurance and manage detailed information accurately
- Handle calls, messages, and patient communication
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Keep daily operations on track and stress-free for the team
