• Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression
• Coordinate schedules efficiently so the day flows smoothly
• Verify insurance and manage detailed information accurately
• Handle calls, messages, and patient communication
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Keep daily operations on track and stress-free for the team
