Chick-Fil-A Training Director

The Training Director leads the development of all team members, ensuring every individual is equipped to deliver exceptional service and uphold Chick-fil-A standards, including Chick-fil-A Pathway standards and best practices. This role requires a full understanding of all areas of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all training for all newly hired team members, maintaining ongoing training and development for current team members, leading food safety classes for new team members, developing and implementing training programs aligned with Chick-fil-A Pathway standards, creating and executing in-restaurant training plans, developing and managing structured training systems and materials, coaching leaders and team members to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction, monitoring team performance and providing ongoing feedback, ensuring compliance with food safety and operational standards, and may be required to work at multiple Chick-Fil-A restaurant locations based on business needs.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong leadership and communication skills, passion for developing people, high organization and attention to detail, ability to understand and operate all areas of the restaurant, and ability to work flexible shifts.
