Ranger Heating and Cooling is hiring an HVAC Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing residential and light commercial operations throughout the Puget Sound region. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and keeping a fast-paced operation running smoothly.

We are looking for someone with experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or related trades who understands inventory management, warehouse organization, purchasing, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance. This role is critical to ensuring our technicians and installers have the equipment, materials, and support they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Position Overview

As the HVAC Warehouse Coordinator, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing coordination, facility organization, and material logistics. You will work closely with service technicians, installers, management, and vendors to ensure materials, equipment, and supplies are available when needed while maintaining an organized, efficient, and professional warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage inventory levels for HVAC equipment, parts, materials, and shop supplies

• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming deliveries

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts

• Order materials and supplies while monitoring stock levels and replenishment needs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment pickups as needed

• Pull and stage materials for installation and service jobs

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

• Track company tools, equipment, and warehouse assets

• Assist with fleet and equipment organization

• Perform routine property and facility maintenance tasks

• Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance vendors when necessary

• Support field teams with operational and logistical needs

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and warehouse processes

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or related trades preferred

• Previous warehouse, inventory, purchasing, or logistics experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

• Comfortable communicating with vendors, suppliers, technicians, and management

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems

• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials safely

• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
