We are looking for a full-time Insurance Sales Representative who is looking for a great opportunity to advance their career. Responsibilities- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead databases.
- Ask leading questions to find out the client's needs while developing rapport.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
- Ask clients for referrals, set appointments , perform follow-ups , and maintain a high level of client retention.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas determined by management and grows sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
- Update client information, process policy change requests, take premium payments, and Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Must have or be willing to obtain a South Carolina Property and Casualty License. Licensing assistance is available for the right person.
- 1+ Years of demonstrated success in overall marketing or sales
- Insurance experience is not required, but one must be willing to learn
- Basic computer software knowledge. Agency Management System (AMS) is a BONUS.
- Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
- Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.
