RPh on the Go is actively seeking a licensed Floating Retail Pharmacist for a full-time 13-week contract opportunity beginning ASAP . If you enjoy variety, thrive in a retail setting, and are comfortable supporting multiple pharmacy locations, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule

13-week contract Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Occasional Saturdays (half-day shifts as needed)

Responsibilities

* Accurately dispense prescription medications while ensuring patient safety
* Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and treatment plans
* Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and excellent customer service
* Maintain inventory and controlled substance records
* Resolve insurance and third-party billing issues
* Support pharmacy operations while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations

Requirements

* Active and unrestricted Iowa Pharmacist license
* Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience
* Comfortable working in both high-volume and rural retail pharmacy environments
* Flexible and willing to travel between assigned pharmacy locations
