Concrete Foreman

Overview Seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to join the field operations team. Responsibilities What You\'ll Do as the Concrete Foreman: Lead and manage concrete crews of up to 15 employees Coordinate daily field activities to keep projects moving safely and efficiently Read and interpret construction drawings and project plans Ensure work is completed according to quality standards and project requirements Communicate with project leadership regarding schedules, materials, and field conditions Support jobsite safety and maintain a productive work environment Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability Assist with planning, organization, and execution of concrete work Qualifications (Must-Haves) 3+ years of concrete construction experience Experience leading field crews Ability to read and understand construction plans Valid driver\'s license Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work throughout Oklahoma and surrounding states as needed Strong work ethic and willingness to be part of a team Nice-to-Haves Experience managing crews of 10+ employees Commercial concrete experience General contractor experience Desire to grow into a Superintendent or leadership role Offers Competitive salary range of $70,000-$80,000+ based on experience Performance-based annual bonus opportunities Per diem for qualifying travel Vehicle allowance or company vehicle options Health insurance with 75% employer-paid employee-only coverage after 90 days Dental and vision coverage PTO after tenure milestones Strong company culture built around teamwork and respect Company fishing trips, cookouts, and team events Opportunity for career growth with a company that promotes from within Advancement opportunities into Superintendent and Field Operations leadership roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
