We are looking for a Part Time Bartender who will be responsible for serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner resulting in superior guest satisfaction.

Located in Sturtevant, WI, Renaissance Cinema is a 13-screen theatre that features both UltraScreen and SuperScreen auditoriums, plus Take Five Lounge and Zaffiro's Express. What we are looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years old to legally serve alcohol.
• Flexible availability required, including Tuesdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and alcoholic beverage preparation and service.
• Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic math for handling cash, making change, and managing tabs.
• Able to read and write in English for completing forms and documentation.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, garnishes, and bar tools efficiently.
• Experience in restaurants, bars, golf courses, or fast food settings or experience as a bartender, server, or bar back is a plus but not required.

What you will be doing:

• Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, to guests.
• Verify guests' age for alcohol purchases in compliance with all regulations.
• Take orders, interact with guests, and provide food and drink service.
• Make personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Support a culture of cleanliness by consistently following and reinforcing company cleaning standards. Take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
• Follow all food, beverage, and liquor service laws and company policies.
• Accurately handle transactions using POS systems and documentation tools.
• Prep and store garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure freshness.
