Marriott Greenville Guest Room Attendant/Housekeeper

Marriott Greenville is searching for an experienced Guest Room Attendant/Housekeeper to join our dynamic housekeeping team. Compensation is based on experience. Company benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discounts, and much more.

The purpose of the Guest Room Attendant is to ensure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation for product cleanliness. The Guest Room Attendant must ensure guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to our guests' needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Knows and follows established cleaning procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for guest rooms according to AURO Hotels' or brand standards.
• Assists colleagues when own workstation is completed.
• Properly uses all cleaning fluids and supplies.
• Properly places guest amenities, e.g., toilet paper, tissues, guest service directories and turndown amenities.
• Perform and complete any special projects or reasonable requests assigned by management.
• Knows and actively practices the hotels' emergency procedures and loss prevention guidelines.

Experience/Education

High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. 1-2 years' experience as a Guest Room Attendant or Housekeeper with an established hotel brand. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
