About This Role The RN Float Pool position is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role is ideal for nurses who are adaptable and willing to work in various departments as needed. Highlights Pay: $42 - $73/hour Location: Northampton, MA Facility: Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. Schedule: Part-Time, Night shift What You'll Do Deliver patient care through assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery. Perform duties in Medical/Surgical Units, Emergency Department, Critical Care, Telemetry, Psychiatric Unit, Inpatient Surgical Center, and Childbirth Center. Work in all departments as needed and directed.
