GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

• Own the global pricing tool landscape (PriceFx, Enable) and the end-to-end pricing processes that translate pricing strategy into executed, governed prices
• Build and embed the sales enablement capability that converts pricing and sales activities into a qualified, measurable sales pipeline to improve predictability

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

Pricing Enablement

• Own the global pricing tool roadmap by leading the design, configuration, rollout and continuous improvement of PriceFx and Enable across regions, ensuring one global standard with defined regional flexibility.
• Build and own the end-to-end pricing processes including price setting, discounts and agreements, rebate programs and net price effect reporting. Keep them documented, governed and adopted.
• Drive pricing governance and compliance by maintaining approval workflows, guardrails and entitlements; ensure approved prices flow accurately into D365 Trade and Rebate Agreements.
• Lead regional deployment and adoption by running UATs, training and super-user enablement; driving change management so the tools are used as designed after go-live.
• Act as the global process owner – partner with Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Finance, IT and Portfolio to arbitrate change requests, manage the roadmap and prioritize future releases.

Sales Enablement

• Define and build Envu`s the sales pipeline methodology by establishing stages, qualification criteria and review cadence with ComEx and BS&C to give leadership visibility on funnel health and improve predictability.
• Scale Customer portal to other countries with ComEx and IT, driving rollout, enhancements and adoption.
• Identify and address further sales enablement needs by proactively assessing where additional tools or process improvements are required and bring them forward.

Act as the key interface point for customer data by being contact point between ComEx, Sales Ops and Data governance, define commercial data requirements.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Economics; MBA an advantage.
• 8+ years in pricing, commercial excellence or sales operations within a global B2B environment; agricultural sector experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience implementing and enhancing pricing tools (PriceFx, Enable or similar) integrated with ERP/CRM systems (D365 preferred).
• Proven track record designing and governing pricing processes across multiple regions and complex organizations.
• Demonstrated experience defining and running sales pipeline and funnel management.
• Strong analytical and BI capability across price realization, margin, rebate and pipeline analytics.
• Able to build alignment without direct authority, with change management, vendor and budget experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail.
