Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive, quality nursing care by monitoring, evaluating, and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Act as a key intermediary and advocate for patients and families, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed, and providing essential health education. Coordinate daily patient flow and the patient experience, delivering safe and effective care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care delivered, changes in condition, and patient education. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and professional growth. Foster the development of other nursing staff through mentorship and uphold the principles of shared governance. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills; Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State) BLS certification . Experience in dialysis or a related acute care specialty preferred Strong patient assessment, care coordination, and communication skills Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current RN License in the State of Georgia or Multi-State Compact. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Excellent patient assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and patient/family education skills. Ability to prioritize, coordinate care, and function effectively within a team. Commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice, and upholding confidentiality and safety standards.
