Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas also provides 24-hour emergency services, OB-GYN, maternal health and infant health services, and a regionally recognized brain injury program. With over 138 beds and a wide variety of specialty services, this sprawling Encinitas hospital is designed to fit every patient's needs. We invite you to join Medical Acute 2 South, a 32-bed unit where you will provide primary care to patients dealing with cardiac, pulmonary, diabetic, neurologic, cognitive orthopedic, CIWA, psychiatric issues; observe progress and update patient charts. RNs work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care and enjoy a well-managed, cohesive working environment. Position is eligible for New Hire Retention Incentive up to $7K.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Current CA RN License One (1) year of recent RN experience Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS Certification Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors Preferred Qualifications: ACLS Certification Recent RN experience in an acute care setting Bachelor's degree in Nursing Epic EHR experience
