Impact-Driven Quality Improvement Operations Lead

UPMC

UPMC Health Plan is seeking a full-time Quality Improvement Operations Specialist, Lead to join the Quality Improvement team in downtown Pittsburgh. The role operates in a hybrid structure with three in-office days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). The lead will plan, implement, and manage complex quality improvement initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
