Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Richmond, VA. The Registered Nurse will perform IV insertions, administer IV therapy and micronutrient injections, and monitor clients before, during, and after treatments to ensure safety and comfort. Daily responsibilities include conducting health assessments, reviewing client histories, verifying treatment protocols, and documenting care accurately in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The nurse will educate clients on treatment options, potential side effects, aftercare, and general wellness practices, supporting each client’s personalized plan. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment, managing supplies, adhering to infection control procedures, and collaborating with the wellness team to enhance the overall client experience. Qualifications Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia; in good standing with the Board of Nursing. Proficient IV therapy skills, including venipuncture, catheter placement, infusion monitoring, and managing infusion-related complications. Experience with wellness-focused or outpatient settings such as infusion clinics, med spas, ambulatory care, or similar environments is preferred. Strong assessment skills, including obtaining medical histories, evaluating contraindications, and recognizing changes in client condition. Excellent client communication and education skills, with the ability to explain treatments, answer questions, and provide clear post-care instructions. Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control, safety, and confidentiality (e.g., knowledge of OSHA standards and HIPAA requirements). Ability to work on-site full time, including potential evenings or weekends based on business needs. Comfort using electronic documentation systems and following clinic protocols and standing orders.
