Position Overview:
Dover Staffing is seeking a Temporary Housing Loan Specialist II in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in loan servicing, multifamily housing, financial services, and account management.
You will be responsible for servicing multifamily loans, ensuring compliance with investor and insurer regulations, and supporting property management companies with accurate and timely account processing.
Key Responsibilities

• Process loan payments and maintain accurate account histories
• Prepare and send correspondence to property management companies
• Communicate professionally via phone and email with clients and stakeholders
• Review account documentation and resolve discrepancies
• Perform other duties related to multifamily loan servicing as assigned

Candidate Qualifications - Required

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong comprehension of investor and insurer regulatory requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Candidate Qualifications - Preferred

• Experience with Ice (formerly Black Knight) or Emphasys software
• Prior background in reconciliations and payment application processes
• Familiarity with multifamily loan servicing systems
