To bring this vision to life, we are looking for experienced servers and runners to join our family. Responsibilities:

• Butcher, trim, portion, and prepare beef and pork cuts according to restaurant standards and specifications.
• Demonstrate excellent knife skills to ensure precise, consistent cuts, proper portion sizes, and minimal product waste.
• Prepare high-quality meats for Korean BBQ service, ensuring proper presentation and consistency.
• Inspect meat for freshness, quality, and proper handling before preparation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures when handling raw beef and pork.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, including knives, cutting boards, and other equipment.
• Properly label, date, store, and rotate meat inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or quality concerns to management.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure sufficient meat preparation for daily service and high-volume periods.
• Follow established recipes, portioning guidelines, and kitchen procedures to maintain consistency and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or meat preparation cook required.
• Excellent knife skills are a must, including the ability to trim, slice, and portion beef and pork accurately and efficiently.
• Experience handling and preparing various cuts of beef and pork.
• Korean BBQ restaurant or meat preparation experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of meat quality, proper storage, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and portion control.
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
