Field Service Technician - Florida H&A Recruiter Our client, a leading multi-location heavy equipment dealership in the Southeast, is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to support customers in Northeast Florida . This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining construction equipment in both shop and field environments, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer communication. This is a hands‑on opportunity for a technician who enjoys working independently, solving mechanical problems, and supporting customers directly in the field. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and service heavy construction equipment and components in the field and shop. Develop repair plans, identify required parts and tooling, and complete repairs safely and efficiently. Perform quality assurance testing to ensure repairs meet company and manufacturer standards. Complete service reports, work orders, and warranty documentation accurately and on time. Communicate repair status and progress with supervisors as needed. Properly use and maintain company vehicles, tools, fuel cards, and shop equipment. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned to support service operations.
