Bridge Design Engineer

Job TitleTransportation Bridge EngineerJob DescriptionMidwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Transportation Bridge Engineer to their St. Augustine team! Responsibilities: Assist Transportation Bridge Department with structural design Design responsibilities for a variety of projects including Bridge, Retaining Wall, Roadway, Drainage, Underground Utility, and Infrastructure Improvement projects Assist with business development including proposal/project approach writing Perform civil engineering services for municipal, county/state clients Prepare engineering plans/specifications using State DOT Standards Process Federal Aid Phase I and II projects for a variety of clients Assist project engineers/managers as neededRequirements: B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering 5+ years of relevant job experience working on municipal/highway agency transportation projects PE License Ability to travel throughout service area with own transportation Salary is commensurate with experience.
