Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Shift hours: 4:45AM - 3:15PM (Mon - Thu)
Job Responsibilities
- Implement quality checks based on provided instructions and company specifications to ensure product integrity and adherence to standards.
- Operate machines and production equipment safely while following prescribed procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor output quality to identify faulty products, including discarding or remanufacturing products as necessary.
- Maintain documentation and records of daily production activities for performance analysis and reporting.
- Utilize basic computer skills to navigate applications, access digital work instructions, and document test and work records.
- Follow established personal safety, security, and environmental practices to maintain a safe work environment.
- Build positive working relationships with supervisors and colleagues, seek feedback, and adapt working methods for continuous improvement.
- Follow standard procedures and promptly communicate issues or abnormalities to appropriate personnel while prioritizing workplace health and safety.
