Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks related to concrete construction, including preparation, placement, and finishing.
• Demonstrate a strong Attitude by maintaining professionalism and supporting a positive team culture.
• Build Trust through dependable performance and clear communication on the job site.
• Work in a Timely manner to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Be Accountable for personal performance, tools, equipment, and job site safety.
• Participate in training and contribute to Progress by developing new skills and improving processes.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this full-time position ranges from $20–$40, based on experience.
