Magnolia Post Acute is hiring a Part Time EOW Service Ambassador. The Service Ambassador is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience for residents, visitors, families, and staff. This role serves as the first point of contact for the facility while supporting the Business Office with administrative, clerical, and customer service duties.

• Welcome residents, visitors, vendors, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

• Assist visitors by providing information and directing them to the appropriate department.

• Coordinate candidate interview schedules and greet applicants upon arrival.

• Process incoming and outgoing mail.

• Accept payments and provide receipts in accordance with facility policies.

• Assist with resident trust fund and petty cash responsibilities.

• Maintain accurate filing systems and administrative records.

• Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.

• Prepare correspondence, copies, and general office documents.

• Protect the confidentiality of resident and business information.

• Support the Business Office with additional administrative duties as assigned.

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and HIPAA regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
