Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ARRT (R)
• Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS or BLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Radiography in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Computed Tomography in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 2+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 5 years.
• Skills Assessment COT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Skills Assessment RGR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to float as needed.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to work the shift structure as described in the job details.
• Additional Confirmations I can commit to completing a drug screen within 48 hours of accepting the offer.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee or traveler at the facility in the past year.
• COVID Vaccine 1 booster required. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
• Requested Time Off Up to 5 days of time off can be requested.
