• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring client satisfaction

• Provide ongoing customer service support, including benefits administration and policy updates
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and other privacy standards
• Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of success
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining client trust
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex products clearly
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client populations
• Proficiency in sales administration, analysis skills, marketing strategies, and benefits administration
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to confidentiality and data security in insurance services
