Your Role:

• Sales Leadership: Support and coach sales reps, develop strategies, and enhance performance.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships, promote sales, and deliver impactful presentations.
• Market Presence: Represent us at trade shows and conventions.

What You Bring:

• Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree required - degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or Sales would be an asset. Minimum of 5 years of experience required within medical sales, preferred experience in EMS. (Paramedic training/education is also accepted with a minimum work experience of 8 years.)
• Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office; HubSpot CRM is a plus. Manufacturer sales experience is beneficial.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player. Willing to travel with a valid driver’s license.
