As a Pharmacy Care Representative, you'll work in a team environment to provide superior customer service that exceeds patient expectations. Key responsibilities include providing superior customer service, managing customer interactions, processing prescriptions, directing customers to counseling windows, handling transactions, maintaining records, and participating in professional services activities. Inventory management tasks involve receiving and staging OTC inventory, ensuring correct stocking, and maintaining compliance with SOPs. Compliance and sanitation duties include adhering to HIPAA regulations, TSBP rules, and H-E-B SOPs, ensuring department and work area cleanliness, and managing trash removal. Qualifications include age requirement, work experience, knowledge/skills/abilities, education, and licenses/certifications. Physical demands involve working in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and fulfilling vision requirements.
