Description This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week worked from our corporate office in Boulder, CO Are you a dynamic team player who believes in the value of quality customer experiences? PURPOSE OF POSITION
To serve as a key member of the Logistics team, responsible for the day to day execution of the logistics functions, advocating for dealers and customers while ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely management of product movement. TOP PRIORITY FUNCTIONS – Not limited to the following Order entry processing and logistical fulfillment for both domestic and international orders Dealer & internal customer support regarding orders, logistics, concerns regarding shipments, etc. Execution of daily reporting Communication for international supply chain activities between factories, logistics providers, and customer orders Identify client requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients and others Provide inventory updates to internal teams and external partners- Audit freight shipping charges Ensure data integrity in CRM Submit shipping claims with supporting documents Facilitate backorder processing to prioritized customersOTHER FUNCTIONS
Periodically, as needed, support customer service by answering phone calls to capture initial intake information and setting expectations for customer service timelines and processWORKING CONDITIONS/SAFETY HAZARDS
