Digital Marketing Manager - Influencer, Social, PR & Experiential

We sit at the intersection of entertainment, pop culture, and brand strategy, specializing in Product Placement, Celebrity Endorsements, Licensing, Branded Content, and Influencer Marketing for clients worldwide. We don't just run campaigns. We build cultural moments that brands live inside of. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our influencer, social, PR, and experiential campaigns for a roster of brand clients. This is not a traditional role! You'll own the full digital and cultural marketing function, managing client relationships from strategy through execution. You'll lead influencer programs end-to-end, drive paid social campaigns, integrate PR into every initiative, and develop experiential concepts that bring brands to life at cultural moments. You'll also manage a team, present strategy directly to senior clients, and contribute to new business pitches. This role comes with an equally important second mandate: helping Hollywood Branded unlock the potential of our own digital presence. You'll drive strategy across our 30,000+ monthly blog readers, podcast, online education platform, and social channels. This means developing SEO and content strategy, growing course sales, booking our CEO/Founder for external speaking opportunities, and building paid social campaigns that drive measurable pipeline. You’ll need 5+ years of agency‑side marketing experience with proven client management and direct influencer contract negotiation (not just marketplace platforms). You should have working knowledge of earned and paid PR, SEO and content strategy, digital product marketing, and paid social campaigns. Comfort presenting to senior decision-makers, managing multiple clients simultaneously, and contributing to a learn‑do‑teach culture is essential.
