Job Summary

The Sr. Marketing Specialist will lead integrated marketing and brand-building initiatives across the Acute Care & Monitoring operating unit. This role develops customer personas, analyzes media consumption and customer journeys, and translates brand strategies into targeted campaigns, content, and media plans.

The position works closely with regional marketing leaders, agencies, creative teams, digital teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support new product launches, strategic initiatives, and global campaign adoption.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing programs aligned with business and growth objectives.
• Develop customer personas, media-consumption insights, and customer journeys.
• Build marketing strategies, business cases, budgets, execution plans, and measurement frameworks.
• Develop and execute campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints and audiences.
• Partner with agencies and internal creative/digital teams to develop relevant and targeted content.
• Lead sponsorship and partnership strategies, including concept development, evaluation, creation, and activation.
• Oversee development of marketing content to support brand reputation and messaging objectives.
• Utilize omnichannel marketing strategies across paid, owned, earned, and shared media.
• Develop and track KPIs and listening tools to measure program and reputation impact.
• Analyze insights and use findings to strengthen existing programs and develop new strategies.
• Support marketing initiatives for new product launches and strategic business programs.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to drive consistent adoption of campaigns and marketing materials globally.
• Manage projects from strategy and design through implementation and measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish priorities, build consensus, and achieve desired outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, systems, and programs.
• Provide recommendations based on in-depth analysis and business insights.
• Communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
• Exchange information regarding project status, ideas, issues, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other team members when needed.
• May manage projects involving delegation and review of other team members' work.

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + minimum 4 years of relevant experience, OR
• Advanced degree + minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in integrated marketing and campaign development.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies and programs.
• Strong digital marketing and omnichannel marketing knowledge.
• Experience with marketing measurement, KPIs, and program performance analysis.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization and with multiple stakeholder groups.

 

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Experience with brand building and downstream marketing.
• Experience working with creative agencies and digital marketing teams.
• Experience with sponsorship and partnership programs.
• Experience supporting new product launches.
• Experience developing customer personas and journey maps.
• Experience managing global or regional integrated marketing programs.
• Practical knowledge of project management.
