Radiology - Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray)

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• High School completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <40 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Hackensack Meridian Health.

Additional Details:

Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.

Required Skills/Experience: - Must be able to work independently in the emergency room with trauma patients. Peds experience. Portables . - Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care facility. - OR experience required.

Required Credentials: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Completion of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. - Completion of clinical and A.R.R.T. requirements.

Unit Details: - Performs diagnostic radiographic exams, including portable x-ray exams in patient rooms, the operating room, and the emergency room. - Prepares radiopaque contrast media and assists physicians with administration. - Includes scheduling appointments, patient instruction, film filing, record maintenance, and patient reception duties. - Includes portable exams and pediatric patients.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required. - 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM highly preferred; open to 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM. - Every 3rd weekend. Holiday required. No on-call.

7 days maximum time off
