More time, more creativity, and more opportunity to craft the innovative, flavorful beers that have defined Victory since the beginning.The Server provides table service to taproom guests by taking orders for food and beverages, delivering orders to the table, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant taproom experience. As a Tableside Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the face of our brand in the taproom, engaging with guests to educate them about our products while delivering an outstanding hospitality experience. This role combines product knowledge with exceptional customer service to create memorable interactions that reflect the values and quality of our brand.Reports to: General Manager or Front of House Manager on dutyWhat You'll DoGreet guests timely as they are seated at the table; ensure table is clean and that coasters, utensils, napkins, and other needs have been providedKnowledgeable about and able to answer questions regarding all ABV beverages, menu offerings, brewing/cider making processes, etc.Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, teammates, and managementTake food and beverage orders and places orders accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) systemEnsure that food is prepared correctly and to guests' satisfaction; return incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchenDeliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to guestsCollect plates and clear the table as guests finish their mealsProcess guest payments by preparing checks and handling transactions through the POS systemAssist with other side work duties such as cleaning the dining area, preparing silverware and refilling condimentsAid in overall cleanliness and maintenance of taproomPerforms other related duties as assignedWho We're Looking ForMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have a passion for hospitality and craft beveragePrevious experience as a server preferredExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsWell-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accuratelyStrong communication skills and ability to remain composed and respectful under pressureAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to operate the point-of-sale systemProlonged periods of standing and walkingMust be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 20 poundsArtisanal Brewing Ventures is an Equal Opportunity Employer
