Tele Registered Nurse (Tele RN)

We are seeking an experienced Tele Registered Nurse (Tele RN) to join our team for a contract position. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring and care in various clinical settings.

Position Overview

Start: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Weekend and holiday shifts required
Floating required to Medical-Surgical units and remote Tele units

Qualifications

1-2+ years of Telemetry or Stepdown experience is required
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification

Responsibilities

The Tele Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

Monitoring patients' cardiovascular status and ensuring timely intervention when necessary
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Communicating effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and progress
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care
Assisting in patient assessments and documentation of clinical data
