Responsibilities Address existing and prospective customer requests promptly and friendly, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies. Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date. Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience. Expand prospective customer base and market insurance products via networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business. Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims. Answer the phone when the client calls you. Work part‑time or full‑time; remote/work from home. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Customer service or sales representative experience highly valued. Skills with Microsoft Office. Active life & health insurance license strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must reside in the USA. Must have a laptop or home computer, or be willing to get one.
