As a Teller Lead within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Mahwah, NJ. Job Description Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refers as appropriate. Leads tellers in identifying opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs while educating customers on options for managing financial transactions through technology, tools and resources. Exhibits clear communication skills, transaction handling and problem resolution processes. Assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes. Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrates sound judgment within established limits, and ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. A high school diploma or GED, combined with related experience or product knowledge, is sufficient. Typical requirements include 1+ years of related experience. Certifications No required certifications. Licenses No required licenses. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with compensation based on company, business and/or individual performance.
