Make a Difference in Students' Lives

We are seeking motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students, with a strong need at the elementary level. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students build communication skills that directly impact their academic success and confidence.

Position Overview

In this school-based role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Provide and document speech-language therapy services aligned with care plans and physician orders

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Ensure all documentation and services meet professional and regulatory standards

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time and part-time options available

• Up to 37.5 hours per week

• Schedule may vary based on school needs and candidate preference

Student Population

• K-12 caseload

• Majority of needs at the elementary school level

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment (required)

• CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on assignment)

• Compliance with all professional standards of practice

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• Completion of TB screening and health certification (as required)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
