What You'll Do

• Observe residents continuously, noting changes in physical and mental health
• Accurately transcribe and execute physicians' orders
• Administer medications and treatments, documenting via electronic systems
• Supervise and coordinate with nursing assistants, ensuring quality resident care
• Support resident mobility, wound care, and airway management
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Communicate effectively with residents' families and healthcare team
• Assume unit leadership during shifts, managing daily operations
• Follow state and federal regulations on medication management and documentation

What You Need

• Valid LPN/LVN license in New Hampshire
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with wound care, medication administration, and resident supervision
• Knowledge of compliance and safety protocols
