Manager, IT Mergers & Acquisitions (Hybrid)

Lead IT system and process integration for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures at Stryker. Coordinate between acquiring and acquired businesses, manage integration plans, assess risks, and ensure successful technology alignment and business continuity throughout the integration lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Assess IT capabilities, risks, and integration challenges during M&A due diligence phase
- Develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive IT integration plans with technical roadmaps and timelines
- Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams throughout integration
- Identify and mitigate IT-related risks including cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance concerns
- Provide post-integration support and oversee budget management for IT integration projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- 8+ years of professional work experience in IT/IS or business discipline
- Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and business requirements
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
- 2+ years of M&A experience in IT due diligence or post-merger integration (preferred)
- Project management or business analyst experience (preferred)
Compensation: $135,600–$293,700 USD annual (varies by pay band and location)
