Care Manager

Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Key Duties Assist residents with personal care and daily activities Follow care plans and document changes Support safety, dignity, and independence Engage residents and support dining and activities Communicate effectively with families and care teams Provide enriching experiences in Memory Care settings Additional Information The role offers competitive pay, benefits including health plans, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth.
