Desktop Support Tech

IT Support SpecialistLooking for a candidate with 1 year of IT experience. They must have functional knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Apple MacOS. This position will be unboxing laptops, updating software, customer facing to schedule installations then perform in person installation of new laptop with customer. Must have very good customer service and communication skills. Well organized and team player Conversion rate of $21 to $22/hour. Location: 7525 Colshire Drive McLean, VA 22102
