The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to drive community engagement and membership, leveraging insights to inform strategies and enhance campaign performance. This role is pivotal in executing community initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams, and maintaining the quality and consistency of personalized content. Key Responsibilities Assist in the execution of personalized marketing campaigns to meet acquisition goals. Support the development and rollout of personalized offers and messages across digital channels. Design and execute community engagement plans to boost membership and interaction. Monitor community engagement metrics and provide strategic insights. Collaborate across teams for smooth campaign and community operations execution. Must-Have Skills Solid experience in marketing operations and digital campaigns. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently with a test-and-learn approach. Required Experience Experience in digital, customer-focused environments is a must. Familiarity with SEO, community platforms (e.g., forums, knowledge bases), and CRM tools.
