Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Process Improvement: Capable of identifying inefficiencies within sourcing and subcontracting processes and implementing effective improvements to enhance overall performance. Documentation Management: Maintains accurate and organized records of all subcontracting activities, contracts, and related documentation. Communication Coordination: Acts as a liaison between Subcontract Managers, Proposal Managers, Contracts, and Suppliers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary liaison between Subcontract Management, Category Management, PLC teams, and Contracts Compliance for government contracting activities Develop solicitation packages, review supplier proposals, and prepare proposal analysis files Create subcontract file package structures and supporting documentation to meet compliance requirements Ensure subcontract compliance before approval and assist with subcontract closeout activities Train, mentor, and support teams on subcontracting processes, standard work, and compliance execution Track key metrics, support continuous improvement efforts, and help resolve procurement issues in project and program work Manage RFQs and enter subcontract data accurately into ERP systems such as SAP and WISE Key Skills: Strong written and verbal communication Collaboration and teamwork Coordination, administration, and attention to detail Training, facilitation, mentoring, and coaching Process improvement, proposal review, and compliance knowledge ERP data entry, metrics tracking, and problem-solving This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
