We have an exciting new opportunity to expand our traffic team, we are seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer to help develop and grow our traffic department within our transportation group. This role will be central to expanding our name in the industry as we continue to work as prime on some top level projects. Leadership responsibilities include: Familiarity with TxDOT policies, standards, and procedures Strong interpersonal and business development abilities, including client relationship management, partnership building, proposal writing, and presentation delivery Accountable for maintaining quality standards and on-time delivery, with oversight of project execution Demonstrated success building and scaling engineering teams while cultivating internal and client relationships

Requirements: Minimum 15 years of experience designing transportation projects focusing within traffic Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering PE licensed in Texas Track record of developing and growing engineering groups and establishing relationships Ability to manage and mentor staff at all levels Business development experience
