Executive Director, Product Owner Credential Eligibility

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 8+ years of experience designing and delivering authentication, fraud, or security controls across digital and non-digital channels.
• We value product feature development and delivery experience in cloud environments.
• We require working knowledge of NIST guidance and FIDO standards and how they shape credential design, delivery, and customer behavior.
• We need the ability to build and execute complex portfolio strategies and communicate sophisticated ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We look for experience in customer identity and authentication within a financial institution, payment services provider, or relevant vendor.
• We expect strong technology awareness, including mobile app patterns, threat and attack vectors, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
• We require experience with agile product development and the software delivery life cycle.
• We value experience influencing geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams.
• We need proven capability to resolve conflict, make sound decisions through judgment and analysis, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• We look for familiarity with microservices, APIs, cloud technologies, and user interfaces.
• We require a bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, finance, business, or a related field.
• Preferred: experience modernizing authentication capabilities by moving off legacy platforms while maintaining availability and controls.
• Preferred: experience defining reusable platform services used across multiple channels and journeys.

• We lead the availability and eligibility team as well as two agile delivery teams maintaining existing applications while we design and deliver a single modernized application.
• We manage the rollout of new and enhanced credentials to support strong authentication needs and platform standards.
• We drive the transition of existing journeys and endpoints to expand credential access and support retirement of legacy systems.
• We partner with risk strategy to define and deliver eligibility rules on required timelines.
• We consult with journey product owners and design partners on credential and journey delivery to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• We maintain strong delivery discipline across prioritization, inbound intake, backlog health, testing, release readiness, and production validation.
